Delivery/Click and Collect

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer 3 main delivery options:

  • Local Delivery by a My Local Chemist Driver– This is available in selected postcodes only. This option is free for orders over £10 or for 99p for orders under £10. If your item is in stock, it will normally be dispatched and delivered either same day or the next working day.
  • Royal Mail (First Class/24)– £3.95 – Normally delivered the next working day after the item has been dispatched (including Saturdays)
  • Royal Mail (Second Class/48)– FREE for orders over £30 or £2.95 – Delivery in 2-3 working days after the item has been dispatched (including Saturdays)

Which areas are eligible for free local delivery?

We provide free local delivery on orders over £10 and within a 3 mile radius of one of our stores. For a list of our stores, please see our store finder. If you are not within 3 miles of our store, you can still avail of our click and collect or Royal Mail delivery service.

Where is my order?

Here are the best ways to find out where your order is:

  • Check on your account on our website - If you ordered and paid online, head to your account and see your recent orders.
  • ​Contact us - If you need further assistance then please don't hesitate to contact us.

How do I check my item's in stock?

At present, the only way to check an item is in stock is to call your nearest store or to contact us:

  • To find your nearest store - Please use our store finder.
  • To contact our web customer service team - You can find our most up-to-date contact information here.

How do I cancel my order?

We're really sorry that you wish to cancel your order. Please use one of the following methods in order to cancel your order:

  • Contact us - The easiest method is to contact us so that a member of our friendly team can assist you in cancelling your order. When contacting us, please provide your order reference so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
  • For click and collect orders - You have two options:
    • Collect your order and immediately return it.
    • Allow your order to expire (i.e. don't collect it) and we'll process your refund after the collection window has lapsed.

Do you offer a click and collect service?

Absolutely! It would be lovely to put a face to the name! Plus there is no minimum spend for click and collect orders 😀. Just select your local store at checkout. To see a full list of stores, click here. You will receive an email or SMS once your order is ready.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not currently, but we are looking to extend our range of services.
