Returns and Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).
In-line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging (with the tags)
  • In a re-saleable condition
  • With its proof of purchase
  • You’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product.

Once returns are evaluated, refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.

Unless faulty, medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, an exchange or refund will be offered.

What counts as proof of purchase?

In order to return/exchange an item, we require a proof of purchase such as:

  • Till/kiosk receipt
  • Order confirmation email
  • Your order number

If you can’t find one of the above, don’t worry. We should be able to sort everything out if you have:

  • Your card/bank statement
  • ​The email address used to buy your item

Can I return an order to a store?

You can indeed make a free return to any mylocalchemist.co.uk store. For our latest store information, please check our our Store Finder. Please note that it may take a few days for your refund to be processed.

How long will my refund take?
