What do I do if an item is missing from my order?

First of all, we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused by the item missing in your delivery. The easiest method is resolve this is to contact us so that a member of our friendly team can assist you in ensuring that we rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Why do I have to answer a questionnaire for certain medicines?

When purchasing pharmacy only medicines, you are required to answer a short questionnaire. This questionnaire is very important because it allows our pharmacy team to make a judgement as to whether the medication is suitable for you or the person that you are buying it for.

How do I know my order has gone through? Where is my order number?

There are several ways to know that an order has gone through:

  • Upon placing an order, you will be presented with a confirmation screen.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email within 2 hours. If you haven't received an email confirmation, kindly check your spam/junk folders.
  • Your order history on the 'My Orders' page of our website contains a list of confirmed orders.

Is the medicine you supply genuine?

Absolutely! UK Pharmacies have to purchase all of their medicines from wholesalers who are registered with the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency). In order to register with the MHRA, the wholesaler has to have a Wholesale Dealer's License and follow strict guidelines to ensure the safety of medicinal products.

How do I check my item's in stock?

How do I cancel my order?

We're really sorry that you wish to cancel your order. Please use one of the following methods in order to cancel your order:

  • Contact us - The easiest method is to contact us so that a member of our friendly team can assist you in cancelling your order. When contacting us, please provide your order reference so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
  • For click and collect orders - You have two options:
    • Collect your order and immediately return it.
    • Allow your order to expire (i.e. don't collect it) and we'll process your refund after the collection window has lapsed.

Can I purchase prescription medicines on your site?

At present, we are only selling medicines that do not require a prescription. There are other online pharmacies that supply medication based on completing an online medical consultation. If you do visit a site offering such services, please be safe only and shop only at pharmacies that display the General Pharmaceutical Council's online pharmacy logo.

Can I pay for my order in-store?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment in store for web orders. We are working very hard to be able to provide this type of service in future.
